Schedule or Cancel an Appointment
How to Make an Appointment
You can either make an appointment in-person or call 530.752.2349 and speak with one of our appointment counselors.
- Be sure to have your class and work schedule with you.
- Please check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Registration stations are located in the Main Lobby, Upstairs in the Primary Care Clinic, and in the North Lobby.
- If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to re-schedule. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment.
Appointment Desk Hours:
M, T, Th, F: 8 AM - 5 PM
W: 9 AM - 5 PM
The
Appointment Desk is closed evenings, weekends and all university holidays.
Canceling an Appointment (24-hour cancellation methods)
If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know. There are two easy ways to cancel your appointment that are available 24-hours a day:
- Call our Appointment Cancellation Message Line at 530.752.8821 and leave a message.
- Log in to Health-e-Messaging and use the "Appointments" page to view and cancel your scheduled appointment(s).
