- How to get help when SHCS is closed.
Student Health and Counseling Services (SHCS) Medical Services provides UC Davis students with wellness, illness, and injury care. Services are available to all registered students, regardless of insurance. Students pay small fees for most services. On Monday, March 29, 2010, all services formerly provided at the Cowell Student Health Center were relocated and are now available at the UC Davis Student Health & Wellness Center.
What's New
SHCS services including Urgent Care are no longer available on weekends
CAPS and CAPS Clinic do not open until 9AM on wednesdays
UC SHIP Waiver Now Available for 2011-2012 Academic Year
Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing may be requested online
Regular academic year hours of operation resume Monday, September 19.
